About DSA Animator
DSA Animator helps software engineers prepare for coding interviews by seeing how algorithms work, step by step, instead of memorising code.
What you can learn here
- 185+ animated LeetCode problems. Each problem has a step-by-step animation of the algorithm, with the matching Java and Python code highlighted line by line, plus the time and space complexity.
- 40+ DSA patterns. Sliding window, two pointers, prefix sums, binary search, BFS and DFS, backtracking, dynamic programming and more, each explained with when to use it and how to spot it in an interview.
- 85+ system design topics. Low-level and high-level design notes, from caching and queues to rate limiters and distributed IDs.
- Interview questions. Real-world scenario questions and Java developer interview questions with detailed answers.
- Jobs and mock interviews. A curated board of software roles at product companies, and peer mock interviews with other learners.
Why animation?
Most people struggle with DSA not because the ideas are hard, but because they are explained as static code. When you watch pointers move, windows grow and shrink, and a table fill in cell by cell, the reasoning behind each line becomes obvious. That understanding is what lets you solve problems you have never seen before.
How to start
- Open the problem library and follow the recommended learning sequence, starting with Arrays.
- Play each animation, then read the code panel alongside it.
- Sign in to save your progress, bookmarks and notes across devices.
